SWB is delighted to operate a Breakfast Club and After School Club to support our families during term time.
Please note that both of these clubs need to be booked in advance (via the form below) and for both there is a maximum of 35 places available on any one day. Places are only available for children between Reception to Year 6 (inclusive) and will be secured on a first come, first served basis.
In addition, we will be offering free childcare provision between 1.00-3.30pm for 30 children on Fridays. The school leadership team will review the number of free allocated places on Friday, as well as both clubs, at the end of the autumn term to assess and plan if a larger provision is required.
Parents will be asked to sign up for a full term so that we can manage demand and ensure the provision remains of high quality. If you would like to cancel your child's space, please do so in writing with 4 school weeks' notice. Please write to the office admin email address ([email protected]).
There will be a chance to make ad hoc bookings if there are spaces available. This will be managed by the school office.
Timings and Costs
- Breakfast Club: 8.00-8.30am (£2.00 per child per session)
- After School Club
- Monday-Thursday: 3.30-5.30pm (£6.00 per child per session)
- Friday: 1.00-5.30pm (£6.00 per child per session)
- Friday: 1.00-3.30pm (free of charge)
Once your place in the required club has been confirmed via the school office you will be asked to pay for each week in advance. Payment will be required even if your child does not attend, unless there is an authorised absence.
